To me the key to creating the best dishes is using fresh, high-quality ingredients. I enjoy growing my own food in my garden from vegetables to unique herbs. There is nothing more rewarding than preparing dishes made from ingredients freshly picked from my own backyard. Sharing these meals with family and friends is an added delight.
These elements together create a visually stunning and tastefully pleasing experience, much like a well-performed ballet and a beautiful choir.

My passion for food and sharing led to the start of my journey with Dukkah.
So, I started making my own Dukkah and it was a hit! My friends were so impressed that they asked for the recipe and encouraged me to sell it.
And that’s how my Dukkah story began, inspired by my friends!
How I was “Inspired By Night”…
Starting a new business while raising young children meant, finding a balance between family and work life.
I found time to work on my business after the kids went to bed and the house was quiet. Here was when I could focus on growing my business, visualize my goals, and let inspiration guide me. That was over a decade ago.
I started with a small group of customers in cafes and stores, and I am grateful for the support of my family, friends, and loyal customers that have helped turn my passion into a success.
I am excited for the future growth of Inspired by Night Gourmet Foods and to bring it into more households.
